Donald Trump and Paul Ryan have a chilly relationship, thanks to the GOP nominee refusing to endorse the Speaker in his primary. Rumors have been swirling about a potential replacement GOP nominee, which Late Night's Seth Meyers joked about, noting that Ted Cruz is the unpopular "break glass" option. Late Show's Stephen Colbert noted a deleted tweet from Ryan this week in which the Wisconsinite cited a Public Policy Polling poll showing Harambe the dead gorilla running at 5%. Colbert noted, however, that Harambe isn't a bad choice because we do know his hair is all his, unlike some candidates.
