Play of the Day: Obama's Awkward Moment in Cuba

If Obama doesn't want to look like Raúl Castro's puppet, maybe he should tighten up his arm movements.

A recent study found that Donald Trump's speeches this election cycle use grammar around that of a fifth grade student. Late Night's Seth Meyers joked abouts Trump's adverb use, while Conan O'Brien said fifth grade is two higher than his supporters.

Barack Obama landed in Cuba Sunday on an historic trip and upon his arrival, he tweeted "Que bola Cuba?," local Spanish slang for "What's up Cuba?" The Tonight Show's Jimmy Fallon noted that no one in Havana has the Internet, so the tweet was pretty useless to the locals. The Nightly Show's Larry Wilmore noted Obama's odd handshake-like move with Cuban leader Raúl Castro and its marionette-like look. If Obama doesn't want his domestic enemies thinking he's a socialist puppet, Wilmore noted, maybe he shouldn't look like one.
