In addition to its main segment on mental illness, Last Week Tonight looked at the latest Secret Service scandal. Host John Oliver noted that the Secret Service didn't need to leak Rep. Jason Chaffetz's application to embarrass him, because Oliver found it's really easy to let him do it himself.
