Play of the Day: Donald Trump Has His Own Bible
When the candidate said the scripture was his favorite book, no one knew that he was talking about the King Trump Version.
Presidential candidate Jeb Bush said last week that he'd put former British Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher on the $10 bill when treasury replaces Alexander Hamilton on the currency, but he has since amended his position to say it should be put to a popular vote. The Tonight Show's Jimmy Fallon took this to its logical conclusion, so say hello to the face on the new $10 bill: Taylor Swift.
Republican frontrunner Donald Trump called the Bible his favorite book recently, but has repeatedly declined to name his favorite verse. This may be because of Trump's famous ego, so Real Time's staff put together a King Trump Version of the holy book and host Bill Maher read from it. Some of the verses sound awfully familiar.
