Play of the Day: Ginsburg Prepares Her Own Martinis

The Late Show has exclusive sketches from Supreme Court hearings.

With Monday being Presidents Day, The Late Show's Seth Meyers joked about perpetual -- though not in 20126, if he's to be believed -- candidate Mitt Romney's gentle sigh of an acknowledgement of the holiday. Another 2016 contender, Jeb Bush, recently got the approval of his mother to run for 2016 and The Late Show put together a short video piece about it.

In other news, Congress is looking at a plan to allow dogs and cats on Amtrak trains. The Tonight Show's Jimmy Fallon wondered Monday if the pet smells would replace the already noxious train smell.

With the revelations that Ruth Bader Ginsburg had a little wine before Barack Obama's State of the Union address last month, David Letterman wondered if the high court judge could maybe spice up the Supreme Court.
