The United Kingdom recently voted to join the U.S. in airstrikes against the militant Islamist State—but only after British Prime Minister David Cameron called for a lengthy debate among lawmakers to discuss the issue. Hasn't Cameron learned anything from President Obama? Declaring war shouldn't have to involve prolonged deliberation. Comedian Jon Stewart suggests that the British leader just take a page out of Obama's book.
