Play of the Day: How the GOP Can Win 2016

Stephen Colbert has advice for Republicans.

The Arizona congressional candidate formerly known as Scott Fistler has a winning strategy to win over Hispanic voters: He changed his name to "Cesar Chavez." Stephen Colbert thinks this is genius. And he has some advice to the rest of the Republican party: Instead of running the same old politicians, why not make sure the minority candidates get a stab at the White House in 2016?

Plus: Hillary Clinton goes on a book tour, and the CIA's first tweet leads to hilarity.
