Play of the Day: Grand Theft Government

During the government shutdown, the fictional, crime-ridden city of Grand Theft Auto V is arguably a better place to live than Washington. Jay Leno makes the case for just how bad things have become. 

On the other hand, Sarah Palin and the rest of the GOP believe the shutdown isn't as big a deal as the Democrats are making it out to be. 

In the end, it doesn't really matter: Congress is drunk anyway.
