The Obamacare website is down. But that's not news to anybody. Now, late-night has a novel solution to the problem: namely, let the NSA take over.

And speaking of the NSA, the rest of the world is again taking notice of U.S. surveillance programs. It's hitting closer to home, with reports that the NSA is tapping the private calls of foreign leaders, including German Prime Minister Angela Merkel. 

This can't possibly end well.
