In addition to organizing the General Services Administration's extravagant 2010 Las Vegas conference, Public Buildings Service Region 9 commissioner Jeff Neely used taxpayer money on a 17-day trip to Hawaii, Guam and the Mariana Islands. His wife -- dubbed the "first lady of Region 9” by an investigator -- tagged along on that excursion and celebrated her birthday, the Atlantic Wire reports.
