Submit your ideas for cutting government costs

President Obama on Saturday said he is soliciting ideas from federal workers at all levels for making government more efficient. As of Monday, the White House had not yet explained how employees are to submit their comments. But Government Executive is curious about what you plan to tell the president once the process is set up.
