Hillary Clinton Embraces Her Moment of Subway Ineptitude

Clinton is embracing her subway mishap.

Depending on your political views, Hillary Clinton proved recently that she either was out-of-touch with the common commuter, or human like the rest of us, by taking five (!) excruciating swipes with her MetroCard to enter the New York City subway last week.

After being ridiculed from all corners of the political spectrum, her campaign has decided to embrace the joke, making it the 404 error page of hillaryclinton.com: “Trying to get where you want to go? This page isn’t it.”'

Some who have used the notorious turnstiles were sympathetic to her plight:

Others pointed out that Bernie Sanders, the city’s native son, also has trouble with figuring out how the subway works, after he told the New York Daily News he thought the city still used tokens.

New York’s transit authority does have plans to change MetroCard system, but not for a while.
