President Barack Obama will be giving the 2015 State of the Union Address on Jan. 21, 2015 at 9:00 PM Eastern. Obama will speak on cybersecurity, a middle-class tax plan, foreign policy and other topics at the United States Capitol. The address is his penultimate as president.
