The transition to a second Obama term won't bring the same disruptive level of change that would've occurred with a switch in chief executives. But it will bring changes to government, in everything from who will lead agencies to what will happen with the president's management agenda.
Government Executive's research arm, the Government Business Council, is interested in your thoughts about how the second Obama term will play out.
