It's official: Henry Waxman has just won a tight vote, 137-122, to oust John Dingell as chair of the House Energy and Commerce committee, likely a key post if President-elect Obama advances major climate change and health care legislation (not to mention the fading prospect of a bailout of Detroit automakers).
