Jay Leno said Wednesday that maybe the people of Illinois are on to something after their former Gov. Rod Blagojevich was sentenced to 14 years in prison for corruption. "How lucky are the people in that state? Think about this. Look at all the money they're saving by not having to pay their former governors a pension," Leno joked. "Throw all the politicians in jail!
