U.N. ambassador to head Energy Department

President Clinton will name Bill Richardson, currently the U.S. ambassador to the United Nations, to head the Energy Department and replace him at the U.N. with veteran diplomat Richard Holbrooke, administration officials told the Associated Press Wednesday.
