McKINNEY DENIES ALL IN TESTIMONY-"Sgt. Maj. Gene C. McKinney, once the Army's top enlisted soldier, calmly but firmly denied yesterday seeking sex from any of the six women whose accusations led to his dismissal from his Pentagon job last year" (The Washington Post).

TROUBLE-SHOOTER TRANSFERRED OUT OF INS-"Attorney General Janet Reno has removed a Justice Department trouble-shooter from his post as head of the immigration service's troubled naturalization program because of an investigation related to his previous office at Justice, U.S. officials said yesterday" (The Washington Post).

LACHANCE HOSTS DISCUSSION-"U.S. Office of Personnel Management Director Janice R.
