BIPARTISAN PLAN WOULD RESTRICT ARLINGTON INTERMENT ELIGIBILITY-"Some of Washington's political elite would lose their claim to a final political perk under bipartisan, draft legislation to clarify and tighten eligibility standards for burial at Arlington National Cemetery" (The Washington Post).

FOR THE RECORD, ARCHIVES FACING DAUNTING TASK-"Michael Miller's mandate comes down to this: "We have to figure out a way to make it relatively simple for people to keep the good stuff and get rid of the trash." Miller is project director of the Electronic Records Work Group at the National Archives and Records Administration -- the agency that faces the daunting task of revamping the way the National Archives collects, files and saves the ever-increasing number of federal agencies' electronic records" (The Washington Post).

HOLOCAUST MUSEUM OUSTS DIRECTOR-"A month after he refused to escort Palestinian leader Yasser Arafat on a tour of the U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum, Walter Reich has been removed as director, museum officials said yesterday" (The Washington Post).
