New Federal Register Site

The Office of the Federal Register has consolidated its publications online onto a central web page, The National Archves and Records Administration announced this week.

The new Federal Register site provides direct access to the official online editions of the following:

  • The Federal Register
  • The United States Government Manual
  • Public laws
  • Privacy Act issuances
Other services now online include an annotated index of Executive Orders from 1963 to the present and information on the Federal Register's fax-on-demand system.

NARA also announced the creation of an Electoral College website. It will be updated as the 1996 electors are chosen.
