Obama Exchanges Heartwarming ‘Fist Bump’ With Mark Kirk

It wasn’t shown on live TV, but just moments before delivering his State of the Union address, President Obama exchanged an “exploding fist bump” with Sen. Mark Kirk (R-Ill.). Kirk, who suffered a stroke in 2012 at the age of 52, recently made an emotional return to the Senate.
