As we approach Thanksgiving, the race is on. There's an urgency in the air--perhaps it's the looming government transition, the aftereffects of an election that means Washington may briefly gets things done again or it could simply be the last few weeks before the holidays begin and work slowly grinds to a halt.

Whatever it is, there's something in the air--and I think that something is stress. I'm feeling it and I bet you're feeling it too.

Here are five tips from the now defunct BetterWorks on how to relieve some physical stress.
