Defense One's Brad Peniston joins the podcast to explain how the Pentagon could rename military installations.

Amid a renewed emphasis on civil rights, activists have called on the United States military to rename the bases named after Confederate soldiers. Some Pentagon officials , including Mark Esper, said they would be "open to a bipartisan discussion" about renaming the bases. Brad Peniston, the deputy editor of Defense One, joined the program to talk about renaming bases could happen and how we got to this point.
