Capital Turnaround is located at the intersection of Capitol Hill, the Navy Yard, and the Capitol Riverfront neighborhoods. The entrance is on Seventh Street.

From the Highway:
Capital Turnaround is only a few blocks from I-695. From I-395, exit onto I-695 east. Exit I-695 at the Sixth Street SE exit. Use the right lane to merge onto Virginia Avenue SE. Turn right onto Eighth Street SE. Turn right onto M Street SE.

From Northwest DC or Capitol Hill:
Go to Pennsylvania Avenue SE and turn south onto Seventh Street SE. Capital Turnaround is south of the highway between L and M Streets.
