Modernizing HR for the 21st Century Workforce

Federal agencies are working to modernize all aspects of their work and those efforts extend to Human Resources. From updating payroll systems to using data to guide workforce planning to ongoing conversations about telework policies, the processes that guide the future federal workforce are evolving. The makeup of the 21st century workforce is also changing, with a 24 percent spike in retirement filings last year and continued efforts to hire new talent into the public sector.
