From Nextgov.com: USDA reopens Networx competition in response to protest
In response to a protest filed by the losing bidders, the Agriculture Department has reopened its competition to find a vendor for its telecommunications services under the Networx program.
COMMENTS
- Get your facts right. USDA did not cancel any "delivery orders" to AT&T; they canceled their selection of AT&T to provide data services. Also, you have ignored the facts that USDA also canceled their selection of Verizon for voice services, and their selection of Qwest for toll free services. In all three cases USDA acted swiftly to correct their failure to follow clear legal requirements, which I applaud. But little more accuracy, and balance, in your reporting would be appreciated.
