SPEED AHEAD

Accelerating IT Modernization During a Transition

Presented by

During a President's final year in office, there's typically a slow down in the development of big ideas from the Administration. But not this year in IT. The President's FY17 budget proposes to create a $3 Billion revolving fund to help agencies upgrade and modernize their outdated systems and tools and help improve the government's cybersecurity posture.

In addition, the creation of a new Federal Chief Information Security Officer at OMB has the potential to create a new dynamic across the government where IT security is front and center. Tune in to learn about these proposals and the broader challenges and opportunities for government IT in the year ahead.
