COMMENTS

  • Take the 2008 file and rename sheet 1 to 2008. Copy all of sheet 1 (or sheet 2008) if you renamed it. Go over to sheet 2 and paste what you copied there. Rename sheet 2 to 2009. At the top of sheet 2 (sheet 2009) in the carried over column place this forumula =SUM('2008'!S30) That will carry over what you have left from 2008. Then all you need to do is change the holidays and pay period dates in 2009 and you have the new year. I've run mine through 2010 and will continue to add to it.
  • I, too, am wondering when the 2009 leave calculator will be coming out.
  • I have a spreadsheet version that calculates based on your SCD date from your LES that is good until 2022. I picked it up a few years ago. I haven't been able to find a more current version that I like.
