Two-thirds of Americans think private-sector employees work harder than those in government, according to a new survey.
Seven percent of respondents said public-sector employees work harder, while 25 percent were not sure. Respondents also said government workers have more job security and earn higher salaries than their private-sector counterparts.
The poll comes from Rasmussen Reports, a conservative-leaning agency found to be one of the least-accurate pollsters in the country in the run-up to the 2012 election.
It surveyed 1,000 adults on Feb. 3-4, with a margin of error of plus or minus 3 percentage points.
