With a major storm bearing down on the east coast, the Office of Personnel Management announced Thursday that federal agencies would remain open, but with the option for employees to take unscheduled leave or telework.
"Non-emergency employees must notify their supervisor of their intent to use unscheduled leave or unscheduled telework (if telework-ready)," the agency announced.
