Washington area agencies on unscheduled leave status

With wintry weather approaching the Washington area, the Office of Personnel Management announced Wednesday that federal agencies would remain open, but employees would have the option of taking unscheduled leave or telework.
The National Weather Service forecasted that for the District of Columbia, there would be "a chance of rain and snow late this morning, then snow and rain this afternoon. Little or no snow accumulation."
