    I miss being in the government acquisition field. I retired early and would like to be referred to a decision maker to review my proposal that promotes outsourcing job opportunities for the small business community. It includes training and certifications for the AT&L, COR, COTR, & acquisition professionals. It captures what did work for me as a simplified acquisition procedures manager in a senior position with the DOD/DON. This publication will save money, create jobs & certify current and new acquisition professionals.
