Hello,my name is Rosalyn Wilson. I am a 26 year old, single parent. I am currently attending Greenwood Piedmont Technical College. I am majoring in Physical Therapy. I am a hard working parent. I am currently working at a nursing home in Greenwood, SC. There has been a lot of racial comments in the workplace; and there has been a lot of favortism over color. When I got have went to everyone I can go to to seek some kind of justice with this situation. There are attorneys turning me and other co workers down for assistance. The head people in this facility know that they can get away with this ignorance. There are older African Americans that are afraid to speak out because this facilty retaliate when you speak out. There were two Caucasion CNA's that was literally in tears came back and told their other African Americans co workers what the head authorities of this facility said. I am to young for this kind of ignorance. I see this everyday I am feed up with this!!!!!!!Please help me!!!!!!! I have a lot of witness who can testify what I am saying.
