    The problem is not the TSP, the problem is the people!!! With so many other avenues, like online brokers, discount brokers, personal 401(k)'s etc, why depend only on one source? I put 10000 annually into the TSP and 4000 into a Roth Stock IRA, I get about 7% dividend gain plus it's not taxed!!!!
