    Rather than federal managers being given a seat, plumbers are desperately needed to free the toilet as more and more $$ is flushed

    "....the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act is shining a spotlight on fiscal accountability...." Wow if there was ever an oxymoronic statement, this is it. Giving away hundreds of billions (or trillions)of dollars that have no backing and blindly (with no debate) passing insane spending bills without even reading them is NOT fiscal responsibility. Democrat or Republican, this country is in deep trouble and the bill will soon come due.
