The census is doing all it can to count people yet, it wants to spend more time and money counting by minorities than obtaining a population count. Example: The upcoming census wants a full count of Hawaiians so anyone with just a drop of blood or preseved drop of blood will be able to call themselves Hawaiian. In real terms, there is most likely about 60,000 full blooded Hawaiians. This census will create about a million Hawaiians. All hoping for a future government handout.

If the people are here illegally, they are NOT Americans (at least not U.S. Americans). Why don't we count visitors from Japan, Germany, Australia, etc. If we count the illegals, then anyone within the confines of the U.S. border, regardless of how long they are here or why, should be counted.
