Apparently, Senator Chambliss is a "combat Keynsian," as Congressman Frank calls them, who finds that otherwise useless and unproductive government stimlus becomes useful and productive with a huge multiplier effect when done to create machines that drop bombs. I always note that when the Republians and conservatives say they are against Government spending, they are always vague about the exact spending they want to limit.
