    grm, you are correct. As for tankers; One tanker, one Air Force, one nation - ours. Two companies building tankers would be OK, but only one design.

    When weapons systems (aircraft) are sold to other countries, they are not the same as what our armed forces use. They are in fact stripped of any "technological advantages" that would be detrimental to us, should they fall into the wrong hands.

    America's technological advatages should not be given away by exporting them to other countries! This practice will come back to haunt us one day.
