    A pay raise of 3.4 %? Credit Card Companies that federal tax dollars have bailed out charge up 30% when ever they want if you owe them money. They are a lot of Feds.and G.I.that owe on credit cards. All I can say is you better have cash. When I was a G.I. I didn't get enough money and used credit alot.

    Vernon your right they are entitled if they are in the reserves or national guard. If they are just landcrabs why would the military allow them to use their facilities

    Veterans GS workers that are GS-5 and below should be allow commissary privilege.
