90 percent of the time is not bad and can only get better. As a business owner I would rather take the time I was saved doing other things. For the other 10 percent, what is most important? Making sure a US Citizen has a job or just handing it to some illegal alien. Now I know the upscale wine sipping liberals want me to give jobs to the illegals but I am going with my fellow citizens and employ them first.

"The E-Verify system has shown itself to be accurate over 90% of the time" That means 10% of US citizens will be rejected by the system, and have to go through the massive red tape of "restoring their credibility". Let's see, if there are 100 million legal, American workers in this country, then somewhere around 10 million will have to endure??
That's why this is nothing but another waste of tax dollars. There is minimal, and perhaps even negative return on investment.

The E-Verify system has shown itself to be accurate over 90% of the time. How is that worthy of "killing?" Every system has faults, but they are essential as tools. Even NCIC, which is used by many law enforcement agencies has faults, but it must be used, or we will not be able to capture criminals. E-Verify deserves more funding.

I believe you, "Nobody Special"
Contractors promise the moon and then can't deliver the basics. During my 25+ year Federal career, I have seen many contractors fail to provide what was promised. We need to put TEETH in the contracts, penalizing them for not delivering!

You can go ahead and kill E-Verify. It doesn't work; the database they use has bad information; it produces false positives, and the folks that run it don't know what they are doing.
