This is the kind of "legislation" we will continue to get until term limits are imposed on these people. They must continue programs to keep money flowing to their respective districts so they can be re-elected.

Well well! The Dirty Dozen! Just kidding. N.B. To clean up environmentally the DOD's waste and improperly disposed of hazardous materials would cost about $500 Billion. This includes the various facilities involved in production of nuclear weapons. Note that just Hanford alone is about $120 billion. So why not just a few fighters? okay how about no co-production agreements with allies that are not allies! Also NO SALES ever to foreign powers without formal 2/3 vote of the Congress. Why, because sales of sensitive equipment including fighters if you follow the DOD/AF logic is already a threat created by who--Yes, Uncle Sugar has created his/her own threat. logersdqvi lIso So rio
