When someone in Congress talks strongly about a funding for a program you always feel like you need to look at the money trail to see if the concern is genuine. If not that you have to question if it's really political posturing, which is such a shame, and it comes from both parties.
The Guantanamo not-in-my-back-yard crowd steams me even more. Do people really think that we don't have folks just as dangerous in our high security prisons already?
