With the president elect talking frequently about creating new jobs related to alternative energy sources, Mr. Holdren's background is not a surprise. However, given that 3 of the 4 announced here are biologists, I do hope however that at some point this team includes scientists and engineers from other fields of science to provide balanced advise to the administration.
