    These leaders of transition review should insist that employees be allowed to speak their minds without interference or censorship from upper management! And employees should be readily protected from retaliation by their managers.

    While he currently is a "businessman", Josh Gotbaum has significant fed gov experience. He had leadership positions at OMB and Treasury during the Clinton Administration.
