What, you expect the office responsible for protecting the Merit Pay system to also play by the rules on time and attendance?

Well you all shouldn't be too hard on ole Scott. He's just putting out the fires for "W". After all, you disgruntled slugs should be grateful for having one of them gubmint jobs regardless of the good ole boy network. Heck, if it wasn't for the "network", nuthin would get done in gubmint.

Mitchell should be reinstated and Bloch fired. Who gave Bloch this power when he is under investigation? Destroyed evidence? He sound like a bad apple, take his power away. Is Bloch trying to destroy the agency? Clean up this mess! And the government needs NSPS with power hungry people ruling the roost? What rotgut!

So what time was the staff "sent home" for Labor Day weekend? And under whose authority? What does OSC do on other holiday weekends? Pray tell!

This is yet another example of the power that is corrupting our current administration. By the time someone else takes over in January, the whole thing will collapse under the weight of its own filth. The media should start calling it the Weasel Farm, instead of Washington, DC.

Not so Mike He'll be around for the next administration. This is a 5 year appointment and he can't be fired

OPM Inspector General is to "Investigation" what Michael Brown is to "hurricane preparation expertise".

(LOL at Potato Man.)
This Bloch guy sounds like he's on a one-man mission to destroy OSC. I've been watching this "soap opera" for awhile now and it just keeps getting worse and worse.
This saga once again reminds me that I sometimes take for granted the fact that I work in an office that's relatively sane compared to many places. My agency as a whole is as crazy as a betsy bug, but the office I work in, in spite of some of its problems, is fairly stable.
Best wishes to the folks at OSC.

Another perfect example of how the Bush Administration has run amuck, wasted taxpayer dollars, created discord and distruct, and hampered this critical govt office by not firing Bloch. Bush refuses to terminate political hacks that he appointed. If you really think that the OIG at OPM will do anything with the investigation, I have some swamp land in Florida I will sell you. The OIG's are political and lined up with the White House.
