Wait a minute - The census is the responsibility of the Census agency. Census decided to computerize this function despite the concerns of many parties. Census kept claiming to Congress that it would work. So how many sides are there to fault?

What an incredible waste of money - a device designed specifically to collect information from non-responders (the exception) that is needed once every 10 years. Incredible.
This proves how completely out of touch the government is that they could waste so much money on this.
