Boeing is not playing fair with this contract. They do not have the better aircraft and so they have to resort to being crybabies and running to their congressional protectors in order to try to compete. It is inappropriate for Members of Congress to interfere so blatantly in such an important DOD acquisition. This is parochialism at its extreme and not in the national interest.
