    We already have a similar event year long for all CS its called a paycheck..

    Very nice. But a majority of the nominees are directors (management), not the actual 'grunts' who do the work and come up with the ideas. Like the Emmys and Oscars, it's a self-love fest.

    I hope the non-managers in all categories win.
