Just a guess, maybe I'm wrong... DDG-51 is partly built in Pascagoula, represented by this congressman, and DDG-1000 might be built somewhere like Bath Iron Works in Maine, instead?
Did anyone ASK? Or LOOK at where Taylor's district is? 30 seconds on Google - to be fair, and a slice more responsible.
