It's very important to pass the budget before the beginning of the fiscal year in October. It's asinine to go into a Continuing Resolution every year when it is unnecessary. The people who put together the budget work very hard to submit it on time, it's Congress duty to should pass it on time.
With the Budget growing each year I suggest the government become a profit making organization. We are selling our firstborn to foreign countries with no way out.
